Described as "ZenSational" — a kind way to say that it's not super fancy — the 3,000-sq-ft apartment on Greenwich Street in Tribeca includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus an additional 950-sq-ft of space outside divided between 2 terraces. The building itself is similarly low-key with no doorman or other amenities (although that'd explain what the monthly maintenance is oh-so low). The Sopranos matriarch bought the place in 2004 for $3.5M and is now hoping to pull in $5.5M for the place today.
