Fashion designer Tom Ford has just sold his Georgian townhouse in London's Mayfair neighborhood. He bought the 8,222-sq-ft 4 bed, 4 bath home in 2004 for £5.75M and last tried to sell it in 2009 for whopping £45M (that's about $69M), which hit the market with a giant thud. But Ford finally found a buyer at an undisclosed price and is now rumored to be looking for a new home in the South Kensington neighborhood.
