Good news for antique house lovers without deep pockets, The William and Jane Phinney House, Circa 1659, is on the market for $379,000. Initially listed in February 2011 for $495,000, three pricechops have brought this three bedroom, three bathroom down to the current asking price.

The residence is not only the oldest house in Centerville, it's also listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The home was renovated in 2005 and expanded to 3,000 sq. ft., "seamlessly combining old and new."
