Beijing's skyline is about to change again, this time courtesy of architecture firm SOM Chicago and their 58-story tower planned for the China World Trade Center complex. The building, lovingly named Tower 3B, will feature an "innovated canted glass facade" that includes panels set 3-degrees from vertical to help make the building more energy efficient and magically prevent the city's notorious pollution from sticking.
