Toast the End of Prohibition At House Boardwalk Empire Built

New, 1 comment

Did too much nice weather finally get to him? Brooklyn-born Terence Winter, better known as the creator of the prohibition-era HBO drama Boardwalk Empire (and as writer on The Sopranos), has just put his home in Beverly Hills up for sale for $6.5M. The Mediterranean-style villa was built in 1928 but has been "tastefully refined over the years" and is now a deceptively massive 5,775-sq-ft with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. And, most importantly, there's a wet bar and temperature-controlled wine room, perfect places to engage in lively debates about the Eighteenth Amendment to the Constitution.
