Country music and rotisserie chicken impresario Kenny Rogers is rolling the dice and hoping an auction will be the best way to sell his "magical" 150-acre estate near Athens, Ga. Previously listed for $3.5M, the property features a "Polynesian-inspired" house with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths that Rogers proudly designed himself "to capture one's spiritual serenity." Outside, there's an 8-acre lake with its own private beach, waterfalls, and a smattering of boats. The auction is scheduled for later this month and has no minimum or reserve price, meaning it'll sell to the highest bidder, whatever price that turns out to be. Here's hoping "The Gambler" gets lucky and he doesn't end up selling it for a song.
