Is This Refrigerator So Cold it's Wearing a Grandpa Sweater?

Nestled in the kitchen of a Manhattan townhouse's gloomy basement apartment, this otherwise standard-looking refrigerator has been shrouded in some sort of cover, a brown windowpane-printed fridge sweater. Normally the broker's to blame for poor staging, but someone found this kitchen desirable enough to drop $3,000 a month on this one-bedroom. Of course, the Soho location—and, perhaps, the handsome suiting fabric?—might have something to do with that.
