It's exactly what it looks like: an oyster shell with a screenprint of Osama bin Laden's face and the words "Bye I am dead now! Bin Laden 9/11/01 5/1/11." If this isn't to your taste, the seller encourages you to regard the Bin Laden oyster shell as an example for what could be done; after all, custom work is a big part of the Etsy culture. "You can have your on personal picture put in the mother of pearls the oyster shell" and create a "one-of-a-kind heirloom that will be in your family for many years to come." Or, just go for the Saddam Hussein oyster instead.
