HYANNIS - The DoubleTree by Hilton announced yesterday that its "newly renovated, upscale full-service hotel" is now open. The property, previously a Radisson, was completely renovated and an outdoor pool was added in the courtyard. NANTUCKET - Two new lodging choices on Nantucket have opened this month. The Nantucket Hotel and Resort opened July 12 with both hotel rooms as well as 1-4 bedroom suites with kitchenettes. The Inn at the White Elephant Village, an extension of the White Elephant hotel, also opened and has 20 units, including 14 suites and six deluxe guest rooms. [Forbes]
