Here's a Philadelphia Listing Stocked With Pedicure Stations

Ladies, has Curbed got a new home for you: a 7,500-square-foot brownstone mansion in Philly's Rittenhouse Square. "Exquisite flooring" sounds nice, "magnificent crown molding" seems OK, but really it's the two pedicure stations that justify the brokerbabble's claim that this place is "a must see to believe!" As Curbed Philly points out, the home is currently owned by a salon owner who has been using the first and second floor as a business, and while it indeed "could easily be converted back to residential" it seems leaving certain features in place would be a better way to go. Anyway, Curbed Philly has the full batch of listing photos.
