The Skinny: Well, well, well. This beach duo last sold in October 2005 for $850K. They went back on the market in April 2009 asking $1,485,000 and three subsequent pricechops have brought the listing price down to the current $999,900. So while most guestimates were in the neighborhood, 14% were on the money.
