The Skinny: Almost two decades ago, Hollywood big wig Jeffrey Katzenberg—a long-time movie producer and the current CEO of Dreamworks Animation—enlisted starchitect Charles Gwathmey and local Park City architect Rick Otto to design a western-inspired retreat for his family near Deer Valley.
