Set on a private hilltop above West Hollywood, the massive mansion at 1 Electra Court would be well-suited to a movie villain, but instead has played more light-hearted roles, like as the home of Lou Ferrigno in I Love You, Man. The price of this place is far from light-hearted, however. It was just listed for a jaw-dropping $22M. The sprawling home features "six bedrooms, eight baths, marble and hardwood floors, a bar, two guest apartments, a pool with grotto, a volleyball court, and parking for 25." All that parking comes in handy for the parties routinely thrown by the current owner, who may be celebrating the fact that he or she paid just $4.4M for the place back in 2002.
