Day 2, Round 2: Kristofer Keith vs. Robert Stilin

New, 12 comments

Welcome to Hottest Week 2012, wherein Curbed pits hot (sexy, gorgeous, beautiful, stunning, spectacular, alluring, model-esque, and so on) architects, interior designers, and decorators against each other to determine once and for all who's the hottest of the hot. Stay tuned this week and next as the tournament unfolds. And let the games begin!

Kristofer Keith is CEO and founder of the Spacecraft Group, a Los Angeles-based hospitality design firm. Keith has been the visionary behind numerous restaurants, clubs, and stores in that region, and says he particularly enjoys the food at Faux Pas, an L.A. bistro that his team completed earlier this year. An admirer of Philippe Starck—"for his attention to detail"—Keith spends his Saturday nights sleeping and would most appreciate having the superhuman ability to read his clients' minds.

East Hampton, N.Y.-based designer Robert Stilin is a seasoned pro at sweeping what he calls a "classically modern, real, and comfortable" style within private homes and showhouses such as Kips Bay. Inspired by legendary French interior designer Jacques Grange, architect Lee Mindel, and Belgian antiquaire Axel Vervoordt, Stilin chooses "Jake Gyllenhall or Ryan Gosling" to play him in the movie version of his life. On any given Saturday night, you might find him eating steak during one of his "chill dinners at [his] house in East Hampton with family and friends."

Update: this poll has been closed as of 1 p.m. EST on Wed., Aug. 15, 2012.
