Architectural historian David Brownlee is no fan of Robert A. M. Stern's proposal for the Museum of the American Revolution in Philly: "We believe [the design is] not worthy of the museum's prominent location, ambitious leaders, or talented architect." Additionally, it's "a rather bleak mass" with "all the weaknesses of Stern's neo-traditionalist design philosophy" and "remedial architectural language." [Inquirer]
