Out on Nantucket, at 25 Starbuck Road, we find a three bedroom, three bath located in Madaket. The Grey Lady may have some of the Hottest Brokers, but we can't say much for these listing photos. Oh, well. "Let the waves lull you to sleep!" There's conservation land on two sides of the oceanfront home, so the brokerbabble promises "amazing views forever!!"

Over in Orleans, at 19 Whippoorwill Lane, we find a three bedroom, three and half bath "private waterfront estate on Pleasant Bay."
