We begin in the Outer Cape in Wellfleet, at 49 Pheasant Run, where we find a four bedroom, two bath "Traditional New England Cape." Over to the mid-Cape in Cummaquid, at 448 Marstons Lane, we find a three bedroom, two and a half bath "Custom Built Hip Roof Colonial." Built in 1986, the 2,288 sq. ft. house has oak paneled walls, "distinctive" carved wood front doors, hardwood floors and a "stunning" staircase (wood, of course). There are also multiple gas fireplaces, a master suite with two walk-in closets, and a two car attached garage. Located in Cummaquid Heights, the 1.3 acre property looks as though it abuts Route 6, which probably explains the bang for the buck.

To the Lower Cape in Brewster, at 116 King Philip Road, where we find a three bedroom, two bath "custom home designed for spacious one floor living." Built in 1998, the 1,540 sq. ft. house includes an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, a "modern" kitchen, sunroom and a gas fireplace in the living room. In addition, there's central air and vac, an outdoor shower and a walk out basement. The .63 acre property is close to Bayside beaches and at there's a bike path at the end of King Philip Road (which reminds us of the biology class mnemonic "King Philip Came Over From Germany Stoned," or something like that).

Representing the Upper Cape in North Falmouth, at 52 Krikor Drive, is a three bedroom, two and a half bath Colonial on .72 acres. Built in 1988, the 1,936 sq. ft. house includes a flexible floor plan, first floor laundry, hardwood floors and a fireplace. There's also an outdoor shower, deck and an attached two car garage. The property is located in Wing Pond Estates, abutting conservation land and within walking distance to Old Silver Beach. First listed in March 2011 for $539K, five pricechops have brought the ask down to the current $449K.

Out on Nantucket, at 16 Milestone Road, we find a two bedroom, two bath in "well manicured" Monomoy Village. Built in 1960, the 832 sq. ft. "great starter home" is close to Town and has oak floors as well as a working fireplace. The brokerbabble ends there so we'll leave it at that as well.
