In more proof that grainy photos are back in vogue, Jason Schuster of Boston's Proper Realty has won the title of Hottest Broker for 2012. After narrowly fending off a challenger for the Boston title, Schuster went on to garner 30.8% of the national vote and squeaked past Dan Delaney of Dwell Chicago by less than a hundred tallies. Timothy McCarthy of New York's Stribling fills out the top three, with 11.9% of the vote. Schuster's victory marks the end of another sizzling hottest week, just in time for a celebratory long weekend. Congrats to the winners!
