Here's the Floorplan to Florida's Future Priciest Penthouse

New, 2 comments

As reported earlier this week, Miami will soon welcome a $50M condo as its most expensive listing. The Palazzo di Oro—"palace of gold," people—will top The Mansions at Acqualina, a yet-unbuilt residential tower right on the beach, to become Florida's priciest penthouse when it hits the market. Curbed Miami shares details about the duplex unit: it's 15,000 square feet with eight bedrooms, 11 baths, a private theater, an exercise room, private elevators, two levels of terraces, a pool, Fendi Casa furnishings, and Miele appliances. If it sells for ask, the Palazzo di Oro would set a new residential real estate record in the Miami area, beating out a glassy, glitzy spec home that just sold for $47M. View the second level below and head to Curbed Miami for renderings.
