Let's begin on Nantucket, at 13 New Lane, where we find a five bedroom, five and a half bath on .05 acres. Built in 2007, the 3,006 sq. ft. property includes multiple living spaces and a "spacious and private yard." We don't know if we'd call .05 acres spacious, but to each their own. The property last sold in June 2008 for $2,250,000.

Over on the Vineyard in Oak Bluffs, at 262 Sea View Avenue, we find a six bedroom, four bath on the edge of Harthaven Harbor. Built in 1915, the property "retains all the charm and character of the period." There are multiple porches, maid's quarters, a stone fireplace, and "quiet corners." Outside, there's a private dock, two-car garage with a chauffeur room and a shuffle board court. No word on whether the maid and chauffeur come with the place or not.

Over in Chatham, at 14 Hallett Lane, we find a renovated six bedroom, six and a half bath. The 5,300 sq. ft. amenity-filled property includes four gas fireplaces, two kitchens, two laundry rooms, wet bar, two first floor bedroom suites, wine cellar, media room and swimming pool. Did we miss anything? The "historic estate" sits on .26 acres within walking distance to Chatham's Old Village and Lighthouse Beach.

Out in Truro, at 2 Heron Lane, we find a four bedroom, three bath built in 1981. The custom built property overlooks Cape Cod Bay and has views to Provincetown. Amenities in the renovated property include a master suite, an open living-dining area, a private beach and a tennis court. Plus, "the sunsets are dramatic in every season."

Finally to New Seabury, at 63 Triton Way, where we find a four bedroom, five and a half bath in 4,850 sq. ft. The property was scheduled to be completed in June, but the listing photos still show the house under construction. When finished, there will be views of Nantucket Sound, all the way to the Vineyard from most of the rooms. The chef's kitchen includes Wolf and Sub Zero appliances as well as "hand crafted custom cabinets." Outside, there's a bluestone patio, built-in gas grill and heated gunite pool with automatic safety cover.
