Florida Golf Course House is a Truly Hideous Hole in One

New, 5 comments

Florida, where everyone wants to move and where 14-year-olds buy houses for $12K, is not exactly shy of catastrophic properties. Here's another one to add to the list: a four-bedroom, four-bathroom home asking $2.295M on Florida's Emerald Coast. Though (sadly) lacking editorial flourishes—c'mon, obviously the agent would describe this place as a sophisticated and glamorous architectural masterpiece—the brokerbabble points out that there are plantation shutters, a large pool, and a prime location on the 10th hole of the Burnt Pine Golf Club. It does not, however, mention the bedroom filled with a bunch of overstuffed teddy bears on the floor. Either way, sounds great!
