Actress Reese Witherspoon, currently pregnant with her third child, has decided to sell her brilliantly redone estate in Ojai, Calif., just weeks after it graced the cover of Elle Decor. Whether she determined the house was just not baby-friendly or figured the glossy publicity would go a long way toward a high price is unknown, but she is asking a nice, round $10M, a $4.2M premium over what she paid for the place in 2008. Curiously enough, that sale came just weeks after a feature in House Beautiful. The seven-acre spread, known as Libbey Ranch, is centered around a 1920s Mediterranean-style mansion designed by SoCal architecture legend Wallace Neff. It was previously owned by decorator Kathryn Ireland (whose work secured the feature in HB) and, previously, by actor/director Harold Ramis, the man behind '80s classics like Caddyshack and Groundhog Day.
