Good news for oenophiles who happen to live in, or have plans to move to, Tokyo: the Shibuya Shinsen Wine Apartment Project is slated to be finished next fall. Residents may have a hard time doing anything other than drinking, though: there's an on-site wine bar and bistro, a 10,000-bottle communal cellar, an in-house sommelier, and wine accessories (glasses, decanters) available on loan.
