Mary-Louise Parker, best known for her role as the complicated, law-skirting single mother Nancy Botwin on Weeds, has listed her duplex apartment in NYC for $7M. Parker first listed the five-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home in March for nearly $8M, but it was taken off the market in early August.
The Real Estalker shares details about what's inside: parquet floors, a floating staircase, two wood-burning fireplaces, a "luxurious master wing," according to the brokerbabble, and a somewhat freaky-looking playroom. Amazingly, the pre-war co-op also has 26 windows and four exposures, plus views of the Empire State Building.
