Recently NPR's Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me! aired a retrospective "from the Ikea desk, which naturally we had to assemble ourselves." Strand East, the Swedish retailer's 27-acre London suburb, "will come with 40,000 pages of wordless assembly instructions" and "an Allen wrench the size of a telephone phone. It has yet to be named but you can bet that the name will have an umlaut somewhere." Keep on listening. [NPR; previously]
