NYC—In honor of Fashion's Night Out—tonight's citywide shopping bonanza that marks the start of Fashion Week—Kartell will introduce some new footwear styles. The Italian design firm, known for classic furnishings like the Philippe Starck Ghost chair and a recent line of chairs designed by Lenny Kravitz, will offer the Demi Sofia boot collection to shoppers at the Soho store for 30 percent off. From the looks of things, they're way more comfortable and far more normal than the ones Rem Koolhaas—the famous architect's not-quite-as-famous architect nephew—just designed.
