Every Thursday, Curbed Comparisons breaks down what you can get at the same price point, style or size in five different Cape and Islands neighborhoods. Today: properties listed for $789,000.

Let's begin in Pocasset, at 100 Cedar Point Drive, where we find a two bedroom, two bathroom ranch overlooking Hen's Cove and Patuisset Island. The 1,772 sq. ft. home on .54 acres was built in 1954 and looks like the perfect place to get your Don Draper on. In addition, the property includes 200 feet of private beach and is located close to the Cedar Point Association beach and dock, Kingman Marina, Parker's Boatyard and the Chart Room. First listed in June 2009 for $1,395,000, three pricechops have brought the listing to the current ask of $789K.

First listed in May for $815K, an August pricechop brought the ask to $789K.
