The Skinny: Since micro-apartments seem to be all the rage, we thought we'd feature a micro-cottage as this week's PriceSpotter. Located across from East Sandwich Beach, this 400 sq. ft. cottage was built in 1972 and includes two bedrooms plus a sleeping loft, one bath and an open living room/kitchen/dining area. Outside, there's a front yard with a picnic table and "a common area for playing frisbee!" The property is being sold turn-key and rents for $1100 per week (during the summer, we assume).
