? A 3BR, 2.5BA Oak Bluffs cottage could be yours for $2,450 per week. Close to State Beach, Oak Bluffs Harbor, the bike path, as well as area shops and restaurants, the cottage accommodates eight and can be rented as one house or as two individual apartments.
? In Osterville, a 3BD, 2BA close to Main Street and Dowses Beach is available for $2,650 per week. The property sleeps seven and features a fenced in yard and patio. We doubt the person weeding the front garden is a permanent fixture, but you never know.
? On Nantucket, this 4BR, 1.5BA is available for $2,500 a week during the month of June. For July and August, the price jumps up to $2,800 to $3,200. Located just west of town and a 10 minute drive to the beach, the rental features a deck, large yard and air conditioning.
