The Skinny: Contemporary art collectors Cindy and Howard Rachofsky are famous in art circles for their Rachofsky House, a Richard Meier-designed Dallas mansion that housed their collection and was open to the public. Now, much of that collection has been moved to a new space, known as The Warehouse, and the Rachofsky's seem to be planning to live the house museum full time. That would explain why they've listed their other Dallas home, a similarly stark structure designed by local luminary Lionel Morrison, for $2.695M. The 5,800-square-foot modern has four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a backyard swimming pool with expansive, partially covered patio, and plenty of wall space for another contemporary art collection.
