The Skinny: We wrote about this Curbed Marketplace listing back in late October, when the street name was more seasonally-appropriate. Despite the lack of Curbed commenter love for the location, the gourmet eat-in-kitchen, formal living room with fireplace, family room, screened-in porch, first floor laundry room, and four ensuite bedrooms with a private master wing were enough to entice a buyer. The property last changed hands in November 2001 for $866K. The sellers listed the 4,071 sq. ft. Cape in September 2010 for $1.25M. Two-plus years and six pricechops - totaling $395K - later, a buyer picked up the place for $825K.
