MARTHA'S VINEYARD - Police are concerned that recreational tokers might take advantage of the new law legalizing medical marijuana by using faux doctor's notes and the like. According to an Oak Bluffs police Lieutenant, "If they show us something [a note] that looks authentic, we would probably have to send them on their way. If it looks bogus, I imagine we would cite them with a civil fine." So noted. [The Martha's Vineyard Times]
