The Handle Bar Opens At The Four Seasons with Something Called Handlebarbeque Fries

The Mina Group, founded my tennis star Andre Agassi and celebrity chef Michael Mina, recently opened an American pub and beer hall in the former Peak Restaurant space at the Four Seasons at Jackson Hole. Situated directly behind the Teewinot quad at the base village, the Handle Bar looks to offer a slightly more creative and sophisticated tavern experience than the infamous Mangy Moose across the village. Menu highlights including Wyoming Elk chili, a Handleburger made up of Wagyu beef, caramelized onions and mushrooms, smoked blue cheese and black truffle aiolo, a broad selection of grilled sausages, and Handlebarbeque fries with pickle ketchup and dijoinaise. This author also looks forward to any place that can do a proper crispy mozzarella, and the Middle Eastern bits inspired by Mina's Egyptian heritage sounds pretty damn good, too.

The Handle Bar beer selection is pretty diverse, deliverig a variety of domestic and international ales via "can, bottle, pint, stein or boot." Adult milkshakes satisfy dairy needs, while the Handle Bar Combo - Classic burger, fries, and a PBR - should round out ski bumming locals. The best part is that Handle Bar is intent on keeping their happy hour running non-stop from 4-9 pm, meaning a generous window in which to get drunk and eat well for relatively cheap.
