Ridiculous New Jersey Mall Will Have Indoor Skiing

New, 1 comment

A proposed New Jersey mall, called American Dream Meadowlands, will forever win the mega mall who-can-be-the-most-ridiculous competition by building an indoor ski hill. The $1.8 billion project spans 2.3 million square feet and also includes an indoor water and amusement park, Cirque du Soleil performances, skydiving wind tunnels, and the nation's largest ferris wheel. But hands down the most absurd idea is the ski and snowboard park, billed as the first indoor snow skiing facility in North America. The ski hill will be 800 feet long and 16 stories high, and according to the sickening PR babble, allow skiers and snowboarders to experience their passion on crappy, indoor snow, 365 days a year.
