Should another Prohibition rear its head, this 1930 Seattle home, listed for $7.2M, offers just what the townspeople will need: an ultra-secret wine grotto hidden in the basement. According to the current owner, the original blueprints show three secret lockers tucked away in different corners of the 13,380-square-foot manse. While a 1970s fire demolished two, the discreet basement hideaway—complete with a false wall and secret entrance—remains. Other features of the English Tudor include seven bedrooms, large windows facing the lake, and plenty of wood flooring; outside, there's a 1,500-square-foot guest house, a boat dock, and even a small man-made island, accessible by bridge. Actually, come to think of it, it's unclear which would be a better party setting: the subterranean booze lounge or that private island.
