It's true that lately it seems there are more Neutra homes blinking on and off the market than one can shake a stick at, but this particular residence seems to be the only one to boast such resort-style amenities as an indoor salt water swimming pool and waterfall. Oh, and the listing also makes a passing reference to famous former tenants—or at least brags that the home is a "celebrity lifestyle residence," whatever that means.
