Aspen's exclusive Dancing Bear private residence club in the heart of downtown is offering a free astronomy series to the public. The luxury nine-unit property has an impressive rooftop patio that allows guests to stargaze and use the property's new state-of-the-art telescope. Stargazing sessions are led by local genius Ben Belinski and each date centers around a specific astronomical event. On November 16 and 17, for example, star lovers can spy the Leonids Meteor Shower. On November 28 you can catch a glimpse of the comet ISON, what some astronomers are calling the comet of the century. Events throughout November and December are currently on the calendar, although they are subject to change based on weather.
