See the Renderings For Tom and Gisele's $14M NYC Condo

New, 6 comments

Not a fortnight since unveiling plans for a Richard Landry-designed palace in Massachusetts, and mere months since wrapping up construction on their chateau in Brentwood, Calif., ostentatious real estate aficionados supermodel Gisele Bündchen and Patriots QB Tom Brady have added another brand new, custom-ish build to their portfolio, snagging a $14M, full-floor condo in NYC's One Madison development. Curbed NY can spin a yarn about the saga that is One Madison—highlights from which are here—but suffice it to say it's a story wrought with lawsuits, foreclosure, and, ahem, "pants-dropping" amenities. But as for this particular celebutante-related bit of the building's drama, the New York Post writes that the duo reserved a three-bedroom pied-à-terre on the 47th floor of the newly relaunched development, a bit of real estate with interiors by Danish designer Thomas Juul-Hansen and (angels sing) "river-to-river plus park views."

Alas, these interiors are not images, and, in fact, are not even renderings for the exact property the duo have picked out, but the Post reports that the interiors of Bündchen and Brady's newest digs boast the "solid quarter-sawn white oak plank floors and oversized doors" of the rest of the Juul-Hansen designed units. Anyway, the pair are no strangers to NYC; Brady and Bündchen have been on the lookout for an NYC pad since April. Before now, the two maintained separate residences: Brady's sold in 2011 for $17.5M, while Bündchen's went for $13.95M in 2009.
