Miniature Camper is so Sweet it'll Make Your Teeth Hurt

Considering miniaturist Kim Saulter has a thing for (1) polymer clay, (2) shabby-chic decor, and (3) 12:1 scale, it's really no surprise that she's masterminded a miniature camper-turned-bakery that's off the charts in terms of twee-ness; it's real feat in a dollhouse circuit otherwise dominated by projects like tree trunk-inlaid houses inspired by children's books, tiny showhouses, and apartments built inside guitars. Saulter's attention to detail translates into oilcloth awnings, polka-dot seat cushions, floral wallpaper, white pitchers of flowers, distressed screen doors, scuffed white breakfast nooks, and—because her specialty is making clay versions of things like blueberry muffins and iced strawberry pound cake—glass cloches encasing dozens of cupcakes.
