Waterfront Chatham Contemporary Is Now Hoping for $2.825M

This Chatham Contemporary first hit the market in early June for $2,950,000. A day later, a priceupper brought the ask to $3,195,000. By the end of July, the price was sliced back to the original $2,950,000 ask. The pricechopper returned in early September to bring the price down to $2,800,000, but just two days later, the listing was priceupped a second time to the original $2,950,000 ask. Late last week, the chopper made a third trip to Old Salt Works Road and brought the listing down to $2,825,000. Yo-yo pricing aside, here's what the brokerbabble has to say about the 3,206 square foot spread on .74 waterfront acres:

Stunning views of Fox Island, Pleasant Bay, and Bassing Harbor from this wonderful bright and airy home in Eastward Point. 6 bedrooms--4 in main house. 2 bedrooms over garage with large 21x15 living room. Approx. 160 ft. of wide sandy beach. In-ground pool and Jacuzzi. Association dock on Crow's Pond. Will the chopper return yet again, or is it time for a priceupper?
