Cape Cod Property Sales Up for September; Blitz Build; More!

CAPE COD - "The number of property sales took a jump in September compared with the same month last year — and the median sales price increased, too." That number, according to the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, is now $330,426. But wait, there's more!
