$4.3M Utah Mountain Mansion Has Utterly Ridiculous Views

New, 5 comments

Have a nomination for a jaw-dropping listing that would make a mighty fine House of the Day? Get thee to the tipline and send us your suggestions. We'd love to see what you've got.

Location: Park City, Utah
Price: $4,290,000
The Skinny: This 7,790-square-foot house was built in 2008 and has all the normal house things—five beds, five baths, a kitchen, etc.—as well as some bonus features—a two-story hand-laid stone fireplace (one of four), a full wet bar in the dining room. But the house isn't what catches the eye with this listing. What really stands out here are the incredible, sweeping mountain views from expansive deck on the upper level and heated patio on the lower one. The patio also leads to a hot tub, apparently, which isn't pictured. (Also not pictured: the wine cellar.) And, for the kids, there's a very legitimate-looking treehouse off to the side. The whole thing could be purchased by a view-loving, kid-having buyer for $4.3M.
