Sold Stuff

A high-profile Whistler Creekside property under foreclosure has sold for $1.5 million to an unknown buyer. The space formerly held the failed restaurants Morgan's, Players Chophouse and most recently Doc Brannigan's. No word yet on what the new buyer plans to do, but because nearby buildings also remain vacant, it's been hard for restaurants to do well in the space. [Pique Magazine]
