With news that NYC's mayor-elect Bill de Blasio may not move into the mayoral estate, a waterfront five-bedroom known as Gracie Mansion, the New York Post asked how much it would go for on the open market. Barbara Corcoran's thoughts: "My opinion, it would sell for $200 million," making it the most expensive American single-family ever sold. The land itself, she says, is worth $100M.
