Another day, another PriceSpotter alum getting PriceChopped. This week, it's a North Falmouth spread we featured in our asking price guessing game back in May meeting that's taking a meeting with the chopper. The classic shingle style home on Nye's Neck was built in 2000 and sits on .73 waterfront acres with "unobstructed views" of Buzzards Bay and Megansett Outer Harbor. In addition to five bedrooms, four and a half baths in the 5,643 square foot main residence, there's a two-room guest suite above the three-car garage. When the property hit the market in early May for $5,295,000, it was the fourth priciest listing in all of Falmouth. After a $300K chop, the spotter-to-chopper is now asking $4,995,000 and continues to be the fourth most expensive listing in town.
