Amidst (metaphoric) blaring trumpets and confetti fanfare, Wired just dug up a suite of renderings for Norman Foster's bonkers plans for Apple HQ in Cupertino, Calif. The image set is incredible, showing off exactly how Steve Jobs' wish for "no seam, gap, or paintbrush stroke showing; every wall, floor, and even ceiling is to be polished to a supernatural smoothness," will be granted. Pictured: glass pavilions, a cavernous cafeteria chamber, cherry blossom trees, a cafe, and a verdure-strewn parking structure. Have a look at "the mothership," below.
