The Best Ski Leases Available Right Now

Yesterday we dished on how to score a ski lease for the season and Renter's Week continues today with a few of the best ski lease rentals on the market. Don't be limited by these examples from Park City, Tahoe, and Colorado, it's worth it to ask owners of any rental properties if they might be interested in renting for the season. In no particular order, here are three examples of how you can have a piece of the high country this winter without shelling out a million dollar down payment.

↑ At three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this North Lake Tahoe listing is available for $2600 per month for a January to May ski lease. It's undergoing a remodel and has a 2 car garage and hot tub. It's a bit pricier than some ski leases, but can sleep 8-10 people to help offset the costs.

↑ This one bedroom rental may be small and cost a chunk of change at $1750 per month, but you can't beat its location at the base of the Canyons Resort in Park City. Everything is brand new and high end. Some costs each month will be defrayed because the unit is rented on peak ski weeks so you won't pay rent at those times.
· Brand new ski-in/ski-out Canyons apartment [Craigslist]

↑ Steamboat gets a lot fewer crowds than other Colorado resorts, so you can really enjoy your ski lease at this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo available from December to April. It's nicely appointed and costs $1875 per month, including all utilities.
