Word on the street is that that Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen recently added a $27M mansion in Atherton, Calif., to his rather hefty real estate portfolio, which already includes a Malibu beach house, a French estate, and a Seattle manse with a floating helipad. According to The Real Estalker, his latest pickup, a 22,005-square-foot six-bedroom, was recently transferred into a private family trust controlled by Allen's sister Jo Lynn—though Paul is believed to be the rightful owner (sorry, sis). The place is every bit as fancy-pants as you'd expect for $27M, and offers a sweet outdoor fire pit, a guest house as well as a "guest manager suite," and one seriously beautiful bath tub.
