Capturing Stunning Russian Architecture in a Wine Glass

My Modern Met recently spotlighted the work of Russian photographer Mariya-Luiza, whose photos of inverted landscapes and architecture captured via wine glasses, tumblers, and pitchers make for elaborate scenes small enough to fit in two hands. By harnessing water's way of shrinking and inverting the scenes on the other side of the glass, the artist builds, in a way, dioramas of the outside world within a simple (and well-positioned) cup of water.
