An organization known as the Bay Area Snow Park has launched a Kickstarter campaign to bring skiing to the San Francisco area. In a letter to supporters, the Bay Area Snow Park said they are hoping to develop an outdoor terrain park somewhere in San Jose using an eco-friendly synthetic snow surface. The size of the slope will be dictated by the amount of money raised in the Kickstarter campaign. [Unofficial Networks]
